Black Friday Lap Dance Workshop
Everyone else is circling the mall parking lot. You’ll be learning the one gift nobody can return.
Learn how to give a real lap dance without feeling silly. We’ll go over all the basics: the walk, picking your music, eye contact, and what to actually do once you get to the chair. By the end, you’ll have a routine you can pull out any night you like.
No wrapping. No receipt. And yes, it really is the gift that keeps on giving.
Fair warning: you’ll be practicing on a classmate, so sign up with a friend or make a new one. 😉
Wear: Something you feel good in.
Bring: Exotic dance heels or barefoot.

Pole Dance 1
Everybody starts here. Even the ones who make it look easy.
No series, no start date, no catching up. You’ll leave with a real sequence of sits, spins, sexy fillers, and floor work, built from the same method as Pole 101.
The basics aren’t the warm-up to the good stuff. They are the good stuff. A cleaner sit makes a better climb. A slower body roll wakes you up inside.
Every class shuffles the moves, so you never take the same class twice. Keep coming and you’ll build every move in the Pole 101 curriculum.
Wear: Tank or short-sleeve top and shorts.
Bring: Socks, plus knee pads or leg warmers. No heels yet.
No lotion: Not that morning, not that day. Ashy is better than injured.
First time? Get here 5 minutes early so we can get you settled.
Drop-In · Advanced Beginner · Pre-Req: Pole 101 or (6) Pole Dance 1 Classes
Pole Dance 2
Hello, heels.
This is where it starts to feel like the pole dancing you pictured. You’ll step into heels, get your feet off the floor, and move through a routine with real climbs, slow descents, and floor work with more attitude. Expect to catch yourself in the mirror and do a double take.
Wear: Shorts and a tank or sports bra.
Bring: Exotic heels with an ankle strap or boots, knee pads or leg warmers, and a yoga mat.
No lotion: Not that morning, not that day. It’s a safety issue.
Before you book, you’ll need:
- Pole 101, or 6 Pole Dance 1 drop-ins
- Forward and reverse beginner spins, both sides
- Pirouettes, both sides
- Beginner pole sit sequence

Spin Pole 3
Same moves you love. Now the pole dances with you.
Your first time on a spinning pole feels like your first time on any pole: a little scary, then completely addictive. We’ll slow it down, show you how to let the pole carry you, and build a pretty little routine that looks like you’ve been doing this for years.
Wear: Shorts and a tank or sports bra.
Bring: Barefoot, 6–8″ exotic heels (boots or ankle strap), plus knee pads or leg warmers and a yoga mat.
No lotion: Not that morning, not that day. It’s a safety issue.
Before you book, you’ll need:
- Pole 101, or 6 Pole Dance 1 classes
- Forward and reverse beginner spins, both sides
