Leggings or yoga pants — some moves happen on the floor and bare knees will remind you of that the next day. Tank top or short-sleeved shirt on top. Barefoot or grippy socks only — no street shoes. Make it comfortable and photo-friendly. You’re going to want those pictures.

Five minutes early. Our schedule runs back-to-back all day — that small buffer is what guarantees you get every minute of the party you booked.

Two free municipal lots nearby — one directly across from the Wigland building, another a few doors up. Most guests come via I-75, Mitchell Road/St. Bernard exit.

Balance due on arrival, cash or card. We run it as one payment for the whole group, so it helps to have someone collect everyone’s share before you walk in the door.

Just yourselves. Phones and cameras are welcome — snap away, these photos live in the group chat forever. We just ask that the lesson and the instructor stay off camera.
