Pole Tricks & Conditioning

Need more time on the pole? This 45-minute drop-in is all about tricks, strength, and building confidence. We’ll work on climbs, spins, and combos — plus the conditioning moves that make everything look smoother and stronger.

A great way to review what you’ve learned or get in some extra practice between your series classes.

Bring: Yoga mat.

This 45-minute drop-in teaches a mini routine you can weave into your combos — focusing on the juicy in-between moves that make pole dancing look like magic.

Expect slow, slinky transitions, floorwork, and stripper-inspired flow you can actually use between tricks.

Heels optional. Knee pads and yoga mat required.
