Questions We Hear Every Day

Leggings or yoga pants — some moves happen on the floor and bare knees will remind you of that the next day. Tank top or short-sleeved shirt on top. Barefoot or grippy socks only — no street shoes. Make it comfortable and photo-friendly. You’re going to want those pictures.
Five minutes early. Our schedule runs back-to-back all day — that small buffer is what guarantees you get every minute of the party you booked.
4719 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45217 — St. Bernard area. Look for the red door. We’re on the second floor of the Wigland building. You’ll know you found the right place.
Two free municipal lots nearby — one directly across from the Wigland building, another a few doors up. Most guests come via I-75, Mitchell Road/St. Bernard exit.
Balance due on arrival, cash or card. We run it as one payment for the whole group, so it helps to have someone collect everyone’s share before you walk in the door.
Just yourselves. Phones and cameras are welcome — snap away, these photos live in the group chat forever. We just ask that the lesson and the instructor stay off camera.
We wish we could. The schedule runs tight back-to-back and instructors can’t go over time. If you already know you’ll want more, book the 90-minute VIP up front — it’s worth every minute.
⚠ A Few Things Before You Arrive
House Rules.
No alcohol in the studio.
We love a good pregame — just not in here. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be asked to sit out. No exceptions, no refunds.
Skip the lotion. Seriously.
No lotion, oils, or moisturizers the night before or day of the party. Pole grip requires dry skin. Ashy beats injured every time.
Leave the jewelry at home.
Rings, bracelets, watches — all of it comes off before class. The poles will win that fight and your jewelry will lose.
